We assisted a London Lloyd’s Market Syndicate to coordinate all the different work steams and resources within their Solvency II programme.
We ensured that all the deliverables were met on time and at the required quality standards, proper communication was provided to all governance groups, identified risks and issues, escalating as necessary to seek resolution and coordinated between the work streams. Additionally, we designed the reporting structure and project governance.
